Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be resellable condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The issue must affect the internal components of the product

Please note:

  • Damage to the external packaging or box alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund, as this may occur during shipping and is outside our control

If eligible, we will:

  • Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a refund if a replacement is not available

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval status
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping deductions
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in accordance with the conditions above. If you need an exchange, contact us at the email provided.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window
